Lauren Darla Carroll is a Graphic Designer, currently based in Los Angeles, California. Whilst working as Web Designer for legendary lingerie brand, Frederick's of Hollywood, she pursues a love of image-making, and art.
Lauren has experience working across many industries including fashion, entertainment and sport; conceptualising, leading and creating
unique, yet effective, design solutions.
Her work has been featured in various art and design publications (including Semi Permanent Design book 2009/2010/2011; Monster Children Magazine Photo Annual, 2011; DEBACLE Magazine Los Angeles, March 2011; Zeixs Germany, Design Downunder) and group exhibitions. (including The Best of the Best, 2010, Gallery of Australian Design; Monster Children Photo Exhibition, Sun Studios Sydney, 2011; Los Angeles Art Mix, 2011.)
Her recent personal work explores ideas encompassing the relationship between people, places and possessions.
She is inspired by stereotypes, personality traits, underground culture, old Hollywood glamour, nature, photography, abandoned sites, her bicycles .........to name a few....
